What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is possible from 08:00. Please note, however, that your room will not be ready until 14:00. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 for check-out.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Hotel Glöckner: Ample parking spaces are available directly in front of the hotel.
Hotel Residenz Glöckner: There is a parking lot right next to the hotel, and an underground garage is also available.
Is there an e-charging station?
Yes, we offer a public e-charging station with two parking spaces directly at Hotel Glöckner.
How far is the Residenz from the hotel?
The two hotels are located behind each other and are only about a 3-minute walk apart. However, there is no direct connection between the buildings.
How far away is the bus stop?
From Hotel Glöckner: The bus stop is approx. 100 meters away in the direction of Ischgl.
From Hotel Residenz Glöckner: Walk about 150 meters along the Dorfstraße towards Ischgl until you reach the first intersection at the main road.
Can the ski pass be purchased at reception?
Yes, you can purchase VIP ski passes for the Ischgl-Samnaun ski area directly at our reception. Payment can be made in cash or conveniently by card.
How far away are the cable cars?
The best way to reach the cable cars to Ischgl is by bus. The travel time is only about 5 minutes.
How often does the ski bus run?
From mid-December to the beginning of April, the ski bus runs every 10 minutes during peak times (08:30 to 10:00 and 15:00 to 16:30). Outside of these times, the bus runs every 20 minutes.
Are dogs allowed?
Hotel Glöckner: Dogs are warmly welcome on request in selected rooms.
Hotel Residenz Glöckner: Dogs are unfortunately not permitted in this building.
