Arrivals and departures
Rooms are ready at 14:00 on the day of your arrival. In case you arrive after 18:00, we would appreciate being informed beforehand by telephone or email. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00.
Surcharges and discounts
- local tax: € 3,00 per person and night
- short-stay surcharge for up to 2 nights: € 7.00 per person and night
- set menu on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve: Surcharge of € 25,00 per person
Children's discount
with additional bed in the parents’ room, with 2 guests paying the full rate:
- 0 – 2 years: accommodation is free (maximum of 1 child per room; for 2 children younger than 3 in one extra room, we charge you € 25.00 for the 2nd child per night)
- 3 – 6 years: 70 % discount
- 7 – 10 years: 50 % discount
- 10 – 14 years: 30 % discount
- 15 – 17 years: 20 % discount
Bookings and cancellations
- Reservations and cancellations must be made in written form, i.e. per fax, email or mail.
- We will confirm your booking once we have received your deposit of € 50.00 per person. Please make your deposit per transfer to our bank account: bank: Volksbank Tirol AG IBAN: AT36 4239 0030 0000 9366 BIC: VBOE AT W WINN
- In case of cancellation, deposits will be held as handling fees, unless your booking has been cancelled within the allowed time frame. If arriving late or leaving early, we charge you the full room price (excluding board). The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (= österr. Hotelvertragsbedingungen) apply here. We recommend you taking out travel insurance.
